we receive the process to be served. There will be further attempts at service

| Priority rush service: First attempt will be made within
24 hours upon receipt of
the process to be served by our server or service can be attempted on a specific date and
at a specific place and time. There will be further attempts at service
(up to four) until
either the process is served or it is verified that service cannot be completed. |
| Non/Est: (non-serve): When service cannot be made due to
but not limited to the following; bad information the
person or entity to be served not being available for service,
four attempts without service, out of town, out of business, wrong
address, subject no longer lives there, deceased, etc. Client
will be contacted after any of these circumstances for further
instructions. |
| Multiple process to the same address at the same time:
Rate quoted on a case by case basis. |
| Personal Service Only: Add an additional $30.00 to the
service rate. |
| Dangerous or Elusive Subject fee: Add an additional
$50.00 to the service rate. |
| Due to the additional wait time and / or mileage there will be
additional fees for service to rural areas , prisons , Indian
reservations , and military installations . Please inform us at the
time service is requested if any of these circumstances is known to
exist. |
| IF UPON FURTHER PROCESSING OF YOUR PAPER (S) ONCE THEY
HAVE BEEN RECEIVED WE FIND THAT ANY OF THE ABOVE CIRCUMSTANCES EXIST
WE WILL IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOU TO ADJUST THE FEES FOR SERVICE TO
THE CORRECT AMOUNT.

certain corporations charge a fee to accept the service of process
upon them . There is no way for us to know these entities or the
amount that they charge before hand. This would be the only
additional fee charged to you that was not agreed upon prior to
